Problem We Solved
The client was managing three separate e-commerce stores with different branding but overlapping inventory. This led to manual stock updates, pricing inconsistencies, and hours of duplicated work each week. They needed a unified solution that could maintain brand separation while streamlining operations.
Our Approach
I designed and built a custom multi-store platform using Laravel with a Vue.js frontend. The architecture allows each store to have its own branding, pricing rules, and customer base while sharing a single product catalog and inventory system. Real-time stock synchronization ensures customers never order out-of-stock items.
